Our rental periods start on a Saturday with arrival after 5pm and with departure before 10am. The gites are bookable weekly in High Season. Longer term lets and short stays are considered in Mid and Low Season at special rates. Please contact us to discuss further. Contact Information

On arrival you will find all properties clean with bedding and bed linen supplied. We require the properties to be left as found on departure. (Cleaning materials and equipment are provided in the laundry room).
A deposit of 20% of the rental price is payable on booking to ensure confirmation of reservation. We will provisionally hold a booking for 10 days, while waiting for receipt and clearance of deposit. Balance of payment for rental is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. At this date we also require a separate payment for the damage and breakage deposit (detailed below). Payments are preferred in sterling by cheque drawn on UK bank. If balance of payment is not received on time, the property will be re-let and the deposit forfeited.
The damage and breakage deposits are £300 for the Farmhouse and £200 for both the Pumphouse and the Lodgehouse. This is payable by cheque 8 weeks before arrival but will not be cashed at this time. If the properties are left in a satisfactory condition the cheque will be returned via post after departure.
Please note that for the health and safety of all guests there is no glass allowed adjacent to the swimming pool and on the sunbathing terrace and lawns, this includes drinking glasses and wine or beer bottles. Plastic wear is provided in the summer kitchen for use by the poolside. We request that you transfer your drinks to plastic wear within the bar area before moving to the pool area. There is a fridge provided within the bar area for the chilling and storage of guest's drinks.
Should you wish to bring your pet they are welcome but please contact us first to discuss details. Contact Information Please note that pets must be well behaved, friendly and kept to the owners own gite and garden area only. Pets are not allowed in the recreation area or the children's play area. It is the responsibility of the owner to clean up after their pet and to maintain control of their pet at all times, respecting other guests privacy.
